World-class MTB coaching, guided gravel adventures & hands-on bike mechanics workshops in the untamed New England high country. PMBIA Level 2 certified. Four seasons Enduro World Series.
PMBIA-certified coaching built on the Six Skill System — Stability & Balance, Controls, Terrain Awareness, Direction Control, Pressure Control, and Timing & Coordination. Most clinics run at any of our venues — pick what suits your goals, we bring the method.
For anyone new or returning to gravity riding. Built on PMBIA's Six Skill System — from grounding your Stability & Balance and Controls, through to Direction Control and Pressure Control on berms, drops and jumps — structured progression at whatever pace your riding needs.
Built specifically for men in their late 30s coming back to mountain biking after years away. PMBIA's Six Skill System shows Stability & Balance and Controls are the true foundation of confident riding — so this clinic rebuilds those first, protecting your body while your fitness catches up to your instincts.
Whether you're brand new to XC, coming back after years off the bike, or an experienced rider losing time on technical climbs and descents — this clinic applies PMBIA's Six Skill System to racecraft. Because watts mean nothing if your Stability & Balance, Direction Control and Timing aren't dialled in.
XC technique applied to gravel — plus the self-sufficiency to ride anywhere alone. Half-day clinic combining PMBIA-based bike handling for loose surfaces (Controls, Direction Control, Pressure Control) with the trail-side mechanic skills every self-supported rider needs before heading into remote country.
Multi-day MTB and gravel rides built for emergency services and defence communities. Long days in gorge country, honest conversations around the fire at night. A peer wellbeing experience — not a program, not a clinic. Just riding, country, and people who get it.
Four seasons on the Enduro World Series circuit means Paul knows the world's best riding — the alpine singletrack, the hidden gravel passes, the villages where the coffee is as good as the descents. Small-group MTB and gravel adventures abroad are coming. Trust us: you'll want to be on the first one.
Two dedicated communities launching soon: one for bike mechanics skill-building, one for gravel endurance and long-distance riding. Members-only content, live Q&A, training plans.
Corporate event ride days and high school MTB camps — plus safety seminars for trail builders and park managers, and custom group adventures. Enquiries are open now: tell us about your group and we’ll build the day around it.

Paul has been riding since 1995. A French-Australian who's lived and breathed mountain bikes across three continents, four seasons of the Enduro World Series, and countless trail systems across eastern Australia.
P2R Outdoors was founded in 2024, but the expertise behind it goes back three decades. Based in Walcha in the New England high country — one of Australia's most underrated riding regions — Paul runs P2R as a world-class coaching and guiding operation in a market that's just discovering what it has. His coaching philosophy: ride smart, read terrain, manage risk dynamically, and have the best day possible on your bike.
"Paul completely transformed my confidence on technical terrain. In one half-day I learned more than years of riding on my own. The debrief and video analysis was a game changer."
"As a 47-year-old who used to race but stopped after a bad crash — Still Got It? was exactly what I needed. Paul gets the 35+ rider mentality completely."
"The gravel ride out of Walcha was one of the best cycling experiences of my life. Roads I'd never have found on my own, pace perfectly managed, incredible country."
